How full backup work ?

that what happens if during a full backup a transaction is started or a
transaction is running?
Data modified will be saved ?
It exists a microsoft document that explain how full backup work ?
ThanksThe full backup will contain ALL of the transactions which ended PRIOR to
the completion of the backup. This is because right before the end of the
backup, it goes back to the log and captures the changes made during the
backup.
