How generate documentation ?

Hi All
I need genrate documentation of SqlServer DB and I heard about programs
which let you genrate documentation including yours comments of fields,
tables etc. to chm file.
Do you know that program and how can I find it ?

Another SQL Server documentation tool that may be worth a look is ApexSQL
Doc (http://www.apexsql.com/sql_tools_doc.asp). The documentation is
produced in a searchable CHM (HTML Help Compiled Help File).

use. By that, I mean that if it gives you a list of each object and what
objects are related to it, then it is really nothing that can't be seen
directly in Enterprise Manager or queried from Query Analyzer. Also, not all
databases use referentual integrity constraints, so the application cannot
determine how the objects are related. However, it may be useful for the
purpose of system metrics.
