How many databases can i have in sql server 2000?

Hi, my name's Carlos and i have a question...
I need to know if there is a limit in the number of databases that i an have
in sql server 2000 and if there is a difference in sql server 2005.

SQL 2000 :- 32767 Databases per SQL Server Instance.
SQL 2005:- 32767 databases per instance.
