How much memory can SQL 2000 Standard Edition utilize

How much memory can SQL 2000 Standard Edition utilize?
For some reason I thought it was 4 GB, but when I looked
at the hardware specification it comes up with 2 GB. I
guess I really never paid much attention to this.
OR, does the service pack increase it to 4 GB and that's
why I have 4 GB in my head.
Or, is the theory that the OS will use 2 GB and dedicating
the other 2 GB to SQL.
Also, thought I have seen in the SQL Enterprise Manager
that I was able to slide the memory to 4 GB as well.
2 gb.
Please refer to the article in BOL entitled, "Maximum Capacity
Specifications".
